Plain-language privacy
We're a roofing company, not a data broker. This page explains exactly what we collect on this website, why, and what you can do about it. Effective October 2026.
What we collect
The only information we collect on this site comes from the roof-check form and the intake process behind it:
- Name — so we know who we're working for
- Property address — so we can measure and inspect the right roof
- Phone number — so a roughneck can confirm your scan and inspection window by text
- What's going on (the situation you select and any notes you add) — so the right crew and materials are lined up before we arrive
What we do with it
Your submission is sent to our owner's dispatch inbox and used to schedule and work your job. That's it. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers. We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not build profiles about you.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to operate the site: a hosting provider that serves the pages, and an email delivery provider that carries your submission to our dispatch inbox. Each provider processes that data only to perform its service for us.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept as business records of the jobs we quote and work. If you ask us to delete a submission that never became a job, we will. Email roughneck@aioglobal.com and we'll take care of it.
Your choices
- Don't want to use the form? Don't — nothing is collected without your input.
- Want a copy of what you submitted? Ask and we'll send it.
- Want us to delete it? Ask (see above) and we'll remove it from our records.
- Want to stop hearing from us? Say so in any reply and you won't get another text from us about it.
Children
Our services are for property owners. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18, and the site is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy ever changes in a way that matters, we'll update this page with a new effective date. We won't retroactively change how we treat information you already gave us.
